Gnat T.1 XR569 at Bruntingthorpe, 1st March 1998; Damien Burke

XR569 first flew on 12th September 1963 and began life with the CFS at RAF Little Rissington before moving to 4 FTS in January 1967. Her last operational flight was to RAF Abingdon on 12th October 1977, retiring to instructional use as 8560M at RAF Halton. On disposal she went into open storage at Bruntingthorpe and was then sold on to a private owner in the USA, departing on 16th December 2001. Since then - no news. Any updates would be welcome.
