Jaguar GR.1 XX819 at RAF Cosford, 11th June 2023; Jake Wallace

XX819 took to the skies for the first time in August 1975, before retiring to RAF Shawbury for storage in the 1980s.

The airframe made its way to RAF Cosford where she joined the SoTT based on site, where she was used for training RAF personnel for a handful of decades. Although XX819 has been kept undercover and hidden away for most of the time, she has made the odd public appearance at airshows and events.

In 2023, XX819 was moved outside and placed in storage, no longer being used for training purposes, and may be put up for disposal in the near future.
