Incident detailsThe pilot was inadvertently ejected at 5,000ft owing to seat latch not being secured. He was entangled in the seat and unable to leave it. The navigator ejected at 2,000ft but the seat drogue disconnected early and he left the seat at insufficient height for his parachute to deploy
